CANCELLATION POLICY:
Healing work can take time. To maximize the full healing potential available, I prefer to set up a regular schedule to work with you and/or your animal; however, there is never an obligation to continue treatment. Our first session is approximately 1.5 hours and follow-up treatments are generally 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration. Due to the nature of my work, sometimes sessions can extend longer. If this occurs, the additional fee is accrued in 15 minute increments.
I ask for your respect and understanding of other animals and people needing my services and of my traveling schedule. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible. I ask for full payment for the session scheduled if you cancel within 24 hours from the session time. If you need to cancel over a weekend, I ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation.
